Hello,
I have two lithographs by A. Marc. One is entitled "Geneve" Tour du Molard, and the other is "Lousanne" La Cathedrale by A. Marc. The "Geneve" is Serie 1022 No. 72 and I haven't taken the other one out of the frame to see what number it is. I am curious to know if these are of value. |

Sorry about that, wrong artist. That should have been Marc Aldine who's real name was Eloi-Noël Isidore Beraud, He also painted under the pseudonym Antoine Bouvard Snr. French artist (1882 - 1956)
See this thread - http://www.artconversation.com/quest...st-a-marc.html I found another one...Italian artist? http://www.art.com/gallery/id--a6351...rc-posters.htm Seems that A.Marc did quite a bit of traveling. |

Could it be Jean Auguste Marc who is call sometimes Auguste Marc (A. Marc). He was born in Metz on 1818-07-12. He past away in Suresnes on 1886-05-19.
Both cities are in France. He was a drawner, Painter and writer. The att. is one of his paintings I found on the net |

Hello, I have a lithograph signed Marc - On backside it has Series 1022 No. 71 Lausanne-LaCathedrale...Would like to know what it's worth? It's in very good condition and colors are bright. Please let me know if you have any information that would help me.

A.Marc / Marc is a pseudonym for the real artist Nicolas Markovitch
