Default Mom found this painting

My mother found this painting in Heidelberg, Germany in the early 1960's. She has no idea who painted this, and I have not noticed any visible signature. Any ideas on how to id it? Thanks!

A woman telling fortunes from tea leaves...

Very reminiscent of this painting of the same subject by Harry Herman Roseland
