Please help with painting name. I have a picture of the painting.
I am looking for the name and artist of a painting one of my friends saw in a Chicago hotel. It appears to be a painting of a man with his arms held out with a red hat on top. I have attached a picture of what the painting looks like. All of your help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
