I'm looking for the artist and title of a painting for a gift (and I only have a description of the painting); I'm hoping someone can help!

The painting is of a woman laying down and being strangled/choked by red poppies?

Thanks for your thougths Eirene and although I looked up some paintings that featured Ophelia, I couldn't find the right one (the painting I'm looking for is quite modern).

Anyone else have any other suggestions?
