Hi there
I saw a painting in Berlin that i loved but lost the paper i wrote the name down on. I think it was at the Alte National but i can't be certain. The painting showed Death (Grim Reaper) leading a procession. It depicted a long line following him with children, an old lady pleading and a young soldier saying goodbye to his partner. Can anyone help me out with this??? Thanks |

Coincidentally, someone else asked about this painting just a few months ago. The answer is that it's "Der Zug des Todes" (The Procession of Death), by Gustav Spangenberg.

Thank you so much. I thought it was The Procession of Death but google didn't bring up anything related that I could tell.
