Identification Of Monogram

Hi

I Have A Picture Of A John Howell Dated 1892 Who I Think Is Related To Charles Augustus Howell In A Paul Vacani Frame I Enclose A Picture Of The Monogram Of The Artist, Does Anyone Recognise It.

The Getty ULAN database shows 4 artists who have the initials FWL and who might have been active ca. 1892.

Langhheim, Friedrich Wilhelm (German artist, ca. 1804-after 1828)
Lawson, Francis Wilfred (British painter and illustrator, 1842-1935)
Lee, Frederick Walter (British artist, active 1894-1938)
Leuteritz, Franz Wilhelm (German landscapist, 1817-1902)

Note that there are literally hundreds of artists with the initials "FL" for whom Getty doesn't show any middle name or initial. But this is a start.
