Just bought a new painting, and have no information on it

its in a old wooden frame, the older lady i bought it from said it was a young " Pinkie " for those whom are familliar with "Pinkie and Blue Boy" but I beg to differ that, the young girl in this painting is her, any info would be greatly helpful. |
