Who is this artist? Any leads would be most appreciated.
Can anyone help me identify the artist of this landscape painting and the year it was painted? I've attached a full image jpg of the painting and a close of the signature (although the signature is not very clear to read).
It was one of two paintings purchased with reichmarks from an art gallery in Leipzig (name of gallery unknown) I believe shortly after the end of the Second World War. |
