Help identifying artist and painting
Can anyone help me figure out who painted this and the tile of the painting? Thanks! I took an uplose pic of the signature and it seems to say 1923 by the name, if that's any help.

You should have removed the frame. The left part of the signature seems to be hidden under the edge. Possibly the spanish painter Felipe Abarzuza y Rodriguez de Arias.

I can't seem to remove the frame, it seems either glued or stapled on. Any suggestions?
