Default Can anyone identify this artwork?

This piece has been in the family for many years. Though I do not know where it was acquired, I have admired it my whole life, as it has always been displayed in the house I grew up in. As executor of my parents' estate, I am trying to distinguish between what is commonplace, and what may have value. If anyone has come across this one, please let me know. Thank you.

That question was split up between 2 threads, so I merged them. - JM

Seems familiar. Is this a print? Looks to be behind glass. Is that a signature on the bottom right corner? It looks German or Dutch to me, however, that looks like the ruins of Saint Andrews Church, Scotland in the background.
