Just signed up with this wonderful site. I'm trying to track down a name of apiece of art which has been haunting me for too long.

The picture is of two sisters in a cafe looking out at the rest of the world rather bitterly..it may be a german artist...I think the sisters may be called Fanny and eileen-could be wrong there. it's in Red, black and white I believe

Please help.
