Default Identifying a painting on a greeting card

My family is trying very hard to find a painting that appeared on a greeting card sent from the UK approximately 15 years ago. We believe the card was issued by the Royal Institute for the Blind as the sender always bought her cards there. It showed a small long-haired little girl in a blue dress seated on a step in a beautiful cottage garden. The little girl bears an uncanny resemblance to myself as a child and until recently this card was in the possesion of my late grandmother. This was one of her most prized mementos
and we would dearly love to find a copy of this picture. We have searched online archives to no avail. Any help would be enormously appreciated.
