help me find this painting

I am looking for two paintings that I once saw...
1. A painting of men on ladders painting the ceiling of the Sistine Chaple and on the ceiling was "paint by numbers" instructing the men where to paint what.
2. The back of a man looking at paintings in a museum

Has anyone ever seen either of these

The description is a little vague, but I believe the second painting you are thinking of is Norman Rockwell's The Connoisseur.

Steve Delair is well known for doing beautiful paintings of people looking at art in museums. Try that.

thanks so much ....The 1st painting is still unknown...You are looking at men on scafolds painting the ceiling and on the ceiling you see it scetched out like a paint by number board which is telling the painters which colors to put where...a spoof on how the ceiling was done. I found the second it is by Steve Kaufman but am unable to locate the painting very similar to the Norman Rockwell but the man is looking at Marilyn Monroe.

I have a painting..it appears to be pilgrims and indians standing in front of a large tree and camp fire. The pilgrim is handing the indian what appears to be contract of sorts...any ideas?
