Default Help Identifying this Brick Picture

I recently purchased a very nice picture sculpted with brick inlay throughout the picture. The picture measures about 29 "L x about 17 1/2" W. I have never seen another picture like this and seems very unique in its own. The back of the picture has a description about (see attached photo) and it the name attached is David B Alwine. I am not sure if he is the artist?? Does anyone know anything about him and/or this picture and a general value of the artwork - any information is appreicated. I have additional pictures if you would like to see more. Thanks

This has to be the same guy. He owns a brick company. This letter to the editor is from 1955 and gives his city. I found other references to a company he formed called Manor brickcrafters.
