P.Y. Hills

I just got these prints that don't pixelate and do have paint on them. Another forum said they could be serigraphs.
I can't find anything about the artist. I read it as P.Y. Hills. I also searched for P.G.Hills.
The "painted" area is 4inches by 6inches. There is a frame shop sticker on the back. It is the same sticker on both.
