There is an artist that is close to your spelling: Thomas Toher ... he is a western artist 19th/20th century ... desert landscape, western scene. But, no middle name that I'm aware of ...

Imagine my brief excitement!
Hello Mark,
My heart lept for a second as I read your post heading in my search. After looking at a close up of the signature I think the last letter of the last name is an "s". It is hard to believe that it can be this difficult to locate an artist in this electronic age. Keep me posted! Lisa |
