Who Is This Lovely Lady ?
This Interesting Item Sat In My Mother's Curio Cabinet For 70+ Years - Of Course I Never Thought To Ask Her About It Before She Passed -- I Do Not See Any Signature/title Front Or Back -- The Backing Appears To Be "cardboard" 3.25" X 4" -- The Art Is 2.75" X 3.75" And Might Be Painted On Leather Or Cardboard . I Would Appreciate Help Identifying This Nice Piece -- Thank You -- Philip
