help sell a painting in los angeles

hello,

Does anyone know a good place to sell an oil on glass painting by Richard Lee? The painting is dated 1962 and signed by the artist. I have an appraisal form from 1998 that values the painting at $45,000. I would like to sell it immediately.

How does one go about this?

i don't have a clue where to go to sell this thing. We need to sell it immediately.

Any ideas?

A good place to start would be by identifying a gallery that represents him or at least sells his work. I see some diverse stuff online, so I suspect there is more than one "Richard Lee" who is a painter.
