I just found this the other day at a thrift store and picked it up for $10. It's a simple print from PrintsPlus. I absolutely love it and it looks fantastic. The problem is...I have no idea what it's called or who painted it.

Looks like a repainted version of Waterhouse's La Belle Dame Sans Merci.

Huh? No, that's by a different artist (Dicksee). The one I posted is the original, but it's slightly different from your version (note especially the woman's face).
