Litho, Court Jester, ID help

Hi Everyone,
This is the last piece of 30 or so oils & lithos that have piled up over the last few years of estate sales. For the most part I've been able to successfully research them; this is the last of my mystery pieces. It's so oddly disturbing I was compelled to bring it home. Likely obscure, but I thought I would take a chance & ask if anyone is familiar with the artist. Looks like LK Sturm.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
