I just acquired this etching from my father. just trying to find out about this piece. Dont know much about it

"From the label on the back of the artwork: "The proof is, I believe, number five of an issue of one hundred proofs, twenty of which were signed. It has been suggested to me that Mark Twain was to have signed the entire issue, but that twenty only were signed due to the tempermental condition of the eminent author."
