Need help in identifying a painting

Need help in identifying a painting
The picture is in a studio in Washington, DC that the Fox News Channel uses.
It is scene in beige colors and that of a colonial village with a white church and horses in America. It has a seal, like a healdry seal, at the bottom of the painting. The village rises from bottom to top. I attempted to upload the picture but your program limit is smaller than my file size. hmmm...not very clear. Currier and Ives or perhaps Grandma Moses?? It's unfortunate that the writing isn't a bit clearer. Was this on Fox recently? Independence Day?
