Can you identify this painting?
This painting was my grandparents', and I received it in 2001. I don't know anything about it, except that it's oil on canvas - no clue where they got it or who it's by. There's a signature that looks like it says something like "Jim Brown", but I'm not sure, and searching with that name got me nowhere. A photo of the whole painting and a closeup on the signature are below. Any help would be great. Thanks!
