Unlike most of you, I can't tell the difference between Picasso's masterpieces and my nephew's drawings, and that's why I am here.

My question is: Does this look like something valuable, or is it worthless just like its frame?

lol at the frame.....the ugliest frame ever.

It is signed, but unfortunately I don't have a photo of the signature.

Any info would be appreciated.

I kind of like it. It's not terrible and I like the washed-out, monochrome appearance of it. But the scene is kind of generic and the photograph isn't large enough to tell whether there's anything in it that raises it above the run of the mill.
