A friend of mine has an old painting and we're trying to find out who the painting is by. It's painted on a wooden panel and its of a man sitting on large rocks on a shore. The water and mountains can be seen in the background, as well as a tent set up near the water. There is the skull and skin of a ram laying on the rocks near the man's side. If you'd like I can get a picture of the painting and the monogram in the corner. Any help is appreciated.
