My grandpa found a painting in our old City Hall when they redone the basement. We have been trying to find more about this painting/etching whichever one it is. The painting is at least 80 years old.
The signature reads E Forliy Roma. The painting itself is chariot racing and the riders waving/saluting the stands at the emperor. I will try to post some pictures of it when i get a chance. Thank you. |

Dunno but "Forlė" is a town in Italy, as is Roma (Rome).

it may be Forlig or Frolig, it's hard to tell, I took some pics of it on my phone, I'll post them soon and thank you for the reply
