I took a screen shot of the painting that was in the background of a film I was watching today. The film took place in Philadelphia, I don't know if this is from a local artist or a well known artist, I know nothing about it.

Looks like it is generally in the style of Charles Sheeler or Edward Hopper. But there's a fair chance that it was created by the art department just for that movie. That way they don't have to worry about copyright issues.
