Default Is this a Giclee?

I can't tell if this is a Giclee, but I'm thinking it is because I can see the canvas material. Also, because it's a famous artist I'm guessing it is, but ya never know. Can anyone tell from these photos if it is for sure or not or knows that the original is somewhere?

Found it. The painting is Femme en Bleu (Woman in Blue), 1912, located at the Basel Kunstmuseum. You can see it in their online collection. Not sure what material this is, but it seems to be a copy of some kind.

To be honest, I searched Google Images and didn't find anything, so I gave Bing a shot and there it was on a Polish website. I translated the title and it was pretty straightforward from there. The best trick seems to be: keep going and keep going.

The link doesn't work for me. "Your session has timed out."

That's why I didn't link to the item directly: This is one of those websites run by idiots who don't want anybody to be able to bookmark or link to anything in "their" collection. Thanks for intentionally crippling your web interface, Basel Kunstmuseum.

Thanks John for explaining that. I don't know what bing is, but I'll have to check it out. I'm guessing a search engine. I usually use google images, but wasn't able to find anything. I learn so much here :-)
