Seeking info on K. Billy oil painting
I've inherited this painting from my grandmother. It's signed K. Billy and is quite a nice painting. The only reference to K. Billy Paintings that i could find were a couple of smaller landscape painitngs for sale and the owner knows nothing about him/her either. Anyone out there able to help? Thanks
