I have an old painting that I cant make out the name, help. It may be worth alot.

I have an old painting of what looks like a muscuteer. I cant make out the name but it looks like Paulamin and below the name it has a number 2 and what might be an "A" after the "2". please help me Id the painter, thank you Bryan
