Can't remember who did this painting:

It depicts 2-3 men straddling dirt bikes on a back country road wearing scary masks. They are face on staring out from the picture. The overall effect is fairly sinister. I remember the caption being something like "the clay pits" or "sun dance gang". I know this is vague but I think the painting is famous enough that someone might recognize this description...
