Here are some sample auction results for Jacques Snoeck, who seems to be the same person:

I like the painting of the house. It seems kind of Postimpressionist or Fauvist to me, although the colours aren't too bright. Perhaps a cleaning would bring them out? It's even reminiscent of something Van Gogh would have painted.

I believe that the second painting is done by Anton Funke Küpper (who is also using the names Anton Küpper, Anton Funke, Bernhard Anton Küpper, Bernhard Anton Funke, Bernhard Anton Funke Küpper, Bernhard Anton)
He was born in Ruhrort (Duisburg) Germany 1869-02-28 and died in Haarlem Holland 1955-11-09
He went to school in Germany. and start working as an artist in 1895 in Rotterdam and went to the academy of art in Rotterdam too. Later he lived and worked in Haarlem and Katwijk.
He was the teacher of his son Frans Funke who was a well known painter too. To be sure if you painting is from the father or the son you have to take the painting out of the frame. Look if the signatuur starts with a combine AF. If so than the painting is by Anton Funke Küpper

Mr Kunst is right but for me by Albert Funke Kupper. There was a question about him here. I suppose the links quoted by "saintluc" are always available.

Default looked under the edge

Checked under the edge of the frame. NO "A". No just "F".
