Hi everyone

My boyfriend went to NY this summer and he saw a painting that he still keeps thinking about. But he has no idea who painted it.
As Christmas season is coming I thought that a poster of this painting would be a great surprise!
Unfourtunately I live in Switzerland and the only things that I know about the painting are that

a) it was in the Metropolitan and

b) that it had a big dog (or another animal) on it and other animals inside the dog.

Can anyone please help me?
I would be really thankful!
