Smile Value of L. Campbell Taylor, "The Sampler"

Can anyone help me determine the value of a print that my husband purchased? It is "The Sampler" by L. Campbell Taylor.

Across the top of the print it reads, "Published in 1933 by Frost & Reed Ltd, Fine Art Publishers, Bristol & London England. Copyright in all countries
including the USA (Foreign)".

On the bottom left it reads "L. Campbell Taylor RA" and on the bottom
right it reads "The Sampler".

Any help you can give is appreciated.

Mary

I too would like to know the value of a print the same as yours. I have sticker on the back that it was framed for someone and the date is dec 6 1946 from a London picture framer and is way down here in New Zealand. i bought at a second hand shop for $20. I love it , it is a very soothing picture. will watch with anticipation for any replies you might get. Mine still has the original frame painted gold

Default re "the Sampler"

Took mine down and had another look at the back was 1945 and the Framers were Frost & Reed and has the no in a little box no 0385 so there were many copies done, so dont think would have a large value?

Default the sampler

I would also like to know any info on this painting. I actually have An original painting of "the sampler". I bought it in a thrift shop for three dollars about four years ago. I cannot find any info about the artist L.Campbell Taylor. I saw a framed print of this painting in a store about a week ago. The painting I have is pretty large & has it's original frame. It's got some water marks on it & the coloring is very dark. If any one out there in the art world has any info please e-mail.
Thanks,
Colleen
