Default Can anyone read Russian and tell me what this says

I have a Russian painting by Alessio Issupoff and I can't read the back of it. I was wondering if anyone here could. Also, there's something written on the stretcher and wondering if anyone has any ideas of what it might say.

In the second attachment the inscription says: 'Managing doctor Konstantin Pavlovich Serebov'. Then, it's probably an 'inventory number' - 076/20681 (or 076120681). And there is abbreviation 'Ru. 6' the meaning of which I don't know but it probably also has to do with inventorying.

The inscription in the first image is too obscure...

Thank you so much for taking the time to check it out. It's interesting to finally know what it says.
