I have been searching online for days to try to find the name of this work or the name of the artist that painted it. It looks like a Ruysch, but I can't find any evidence of it in her work.
The only information I have is that the photo came from a friend that was visiting the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City. Help please!!!! http://img263.imageshack.us/img263/8...3933025195.jpg |

Did you notice the the picture within this painting? Looks rather odd. I thought at first it was a reflection, however, the image seems to go right through the back of the person facing the picture. If that makes sense.
