Default HELP! I can't identify this work

I have been searching online for days to try to find the name of this work or the name of the artist that painted it. It looks like a Ruysch, but I can't find any evidence of it in her work.

The only information I have is that the photo came from a friend that was visiting the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City.

Help please!!!!

Did you notice the the picture within this painting? Looks rather odd. I thought at first it was a reflection, however, the image seems to go right through the back of the person facing the picture. If that makes sense.

Perhaps it is an urn I see, as in this painting by Jan Van Huysum.
