Can't figure signature on Art Deco Lithograph!!

I cannot figure out the name on this beautiful Art Deco lithograph. I have tried all sorts of combination's. The artist has a very distinct style so I was wondering if anyone might have any idea who it is? Thanks in advance Looks like PZ. Rogers maybe but that didn't work.

That's some "H" there. Sometimes it actually feels like the artists are trying to throw us off the scent with their use of nonstandard lettering and illegible monograms.
