I cant find the name of the artist or the name of the painting. I love this painting, and found a picture of it randomly but dont have information on it. Please help. Thanks!

It is an oilpainting of a half nude female standing on a cliff. She is holding a harp with her right dangling arm. She is pale, and has a black veil on her head (not face). The painting is in greenish-greyish, dark colors, and the woman is standing in the center. In the background you can see the ocean and a few small birds. I assume it is classicism but I am not sure. The woman is standing barefoot and her lower body is covered in the black veil. Her breasts are bare.
