Can someone help me find the name of the artist of this oilpainting please?

A half-nude woman with brown hair is standing on a cliff and is holding a harpe in her dangling, right hand. With the other arm she leans against the cliff. She has a black veil or cloak around her hair, and it also covers her lower body starting from the bellybutton (its a bit sheer black). Her breasts are nude. She is in the center of the painting. In the background you can see an ocean and a few small birds. It is a greenish-greyish, dark painting and I assume it is classism. I might be wrong though.

Please help me find the name of the artist.
