Hello can anyone help me?

I've been trying to find the name and artist of a painting, we used to have it in my living room when i was a kid in the 1970's.
To my suprise i seen it in a TV programme, channel 4 "The house that made me" featuring Boy George, 9th December 2010, 9pm you could probably watch this on the net iplayer it was on the living room wall of George's house when he was a kid, the painting was a child with blonde hair wearing a red top with blue bungarees with a tear in his eye. In the programme George referred to it as the crying baby.
