Help identifying the artist, please!
Hello!

Hi
Thanks, John! It was supposed to be a British painter (says my husband who bought it...) so it could be Phillips. We're trying to sell it, it came for a lot of money, so knowing the painters name is important. I'm attaching the painting too, hope someone recognizes the artist! Thanks in advance. |
