F. Lefler Painting

I purchased a large painting by F. Lefler. It's very old and in the original frame. It's not a print. It's titled Dream of Spring. It's a landscape with a birch tree as the main focus. Not certain if it's a good copy. Any thoughts on this?

It's been 2 yrs. since my original post. I took the F. Lefler art work out of the frame to study it. It was created with oil pastels. Very beautiful work of art. And, very old. The frame appears to be from mid 1800's. The work of art is large, about 24" x 45" on heavy paper. It looks to have the same quality as the Franz Lefler images of children, etc. This one is different in that it is a landscape with a babbling brook in a forested setting. It's titled Dream of Spring and signed F. Lefler. I notice Franz Lefler used a lot of titles with the word "dream". Does anyone know if my pastel landscape could be by Franz Lefler or someone who mimicked his work? I've read where there might be two Leflers from the same era that did similar work. Any info would be appreciated. It's a charming work of art.

We have two large Lefler oil paintings, painted on heavy paper. The painting is depicting three young women joyfully playing badminton in the park. There is a castle in the background. If you are interested contact me at nyakasne@citromail.hu
