I recently purchased the print of what to me seemed as though it is a famous painting. Basically it is a young shepherd boy in bare feet dressed in a pink toga. Seated on a large rock with his pet lamb beside him and in the background in what appears to be ruins of ancient Rome. Also a small flock of sheep in the distance. Please if anybody knows the name of this artist and the name of the painting I would be grateful if you would advise.
