Looks similar to the style of Max Klinger, but I don't recognize the painting.

Related to the story of Atalanta and Hippomenes. I would say by a german romantic from the group said (in french) "Nazareens" (Schnorr von Carolsfeld, Fohr, Cornelius....) but impossible to find this painting, even on the original site that has no search area. The best known painting with the same subject is the amazing Guido Reni in the Prado.
