Default Hooded figure playing a pipe in a forest?

I once saw this picture in the encyclpedia britannica and I'm trying to find the name of the painting.

I recall a verdent forest-like scene, but to one side was a hooded figure in black playing a pipe. The whole piece was done in a sort of illustration style, and was very striking.

Can anyone help out with some info as to artist or title?
