Default Help identifying portrait print, purchased in London

I have a print, it may be by Rembrandt. It is of a beautiful young girl, 4 to 8 years old, wispy brown hair, large eyes, in dark blue pheasant dress with white linen apron overlay, chest and head only with dark red/brown background color. I purchased it in 1969, had it framed for my mother in 1980's. I recently received it back and would like to to know details without removing it from its frame. I think it is a lovely painting, some have said the girl looks slightly ill... Hope someone has an idea or can direct me. Thank you.

Someone else may recognize it, but personally I don't have a strong enough visual memory to identify many works from a description lie that. If you want to upload a digital image, click "Post Reply" below left and use the paperclip icon to upload an attachment.
