Help ID Bridge Picture

The name is Alber Van Der Vink. I have an etching by the same artist. There is a typed paper plate on the back of the frame, that spells out his last name. Hopes this helps

My family has had this print for as long as I can remember so at least 55 years. I would love information about the artist if anyone comes across it

I have print #51 it definetly says after-van der vinck, title is "pont gothique" it is same bridge but different view.
