please help me find artist 20 year search

I have a watercolor painting of a young girl holding a wide mouthed bowl in both hands.
She is wearing a hooded cape.
It is done in various shades of brown.

If this is an original work, we're likely going to need a photograph of the painting, and even better a photograph of any signature or mark that might be on the painting, in order to have any chence of helping you.
