Hello I need help Identifying this Artist please

I recently aquired a couple of what I believed to be simple paintings, I have since been told that they are very old and are actually "woodblock prints" I am interested in finding out if this is true & who the artist may be so I can research his work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First one is Moscow Kremlin and the second one is Mostar in Bosnia.

Could you post a close up of the signature on the second piece, like you did for the first one?
