I need help to indentify the artist name on radierung?

This picture was given to me and I am wondering if anyone can read the name and what seems to be a discription.

I think one of the words must be "Oberammergau", a town in Germany, although the r's are written strangely.

For the signature, I see "J. Rieshing", but Rieshing doesn't seem to be a valid name and I can't find anything similar that looks plausible.

Do you know what the last word says it looks like it starts with an M, also do you know what kind of print this would be it has an indentation all around the picture but I do not know anything about art and have been trying to figure out why it has this indentation. Thank you for your reply I will keep researching the words you have came up with.

This is presumably a print, most likely a hand-coloured one although I am not an expert. The indentation is from the plate used to make the impression.
